Yes. It's the eighteenth update since the dawn of the Fan Art 2nd section's existence. It's an unoriginal title, but think of it this way: there's all sorts of fan art, ranging from Final Fantasy to Lunar, waiting to be viewed by you! Alright, bad excuse, but you still get an update. Just thank your lucky stars that this isn't another Final Fantasy Fan Art update. =P So make with the clicking already!
