Sega will release a new Sakura Taisen DVD this December. Titled Sakura Taisen Sumire Kanzaki Retirement Commemoration Su-mi-re, the disc will commemorate one of the series' most popular characters, whose voice actress, Michie Tomizawa made her retirement from the series public at last year's Tokyo Game Show.
The DVD set will be available as both a standard and a limited edition version. The limited edition version will contain a special t-shirt, the Sumire Kanzaki Retirement performance commemoration program, Sumire's last message on a 12cm CD, and a special DVD box. Both versions will be available on December 18th at 5,800yen (46.60USD) and 8,800yen (70.70USD) respectively.
