Namco will be unveiling tomorrow one of their upcoming Tales games. There are currently four Tales games in development: two GBA games, Tales of the World: Narikiri Dungeon 2 and Tales of Phantasia, the PS2 Tales of Destiny 2 (which has nothing to do with the US released ToD2) or the new, yet unnamed GameCube Tales games. The announcement will very probably be about Narikiri Dungeon 2, though. Mutsumi Inomata, who did the character designs of Tales of Destiny and Eternia, has already confirmed that she's working on Tales of Destiny 2 and possibly other Tales games.
As for Sega, a year and a half after their original announcement, they should finally reveal more details about the PS2 port of Red Entertainment's flagship series Sakura Taisen. An announcement concerning the PS2 ST games should be made on July 1st; so far all we've known is that they're planning to port "The Sakura Taisen series" to the PS2 - it wasn't very clear whether that means new or old announcements. It has also been rumoured that Sakura Taisen Online would make it to Sony's console as well.
