RPGFan Gets Real

As you may have noticed recently, some RPGFan editors have begun using their real names on the site, from some of the new review people, to Cameron (Tortolia) and Liz (Schala) in their Logfile and Mailbag columns.

Around E3 time, we figured it was time we all made the switch from handles to our actual names. Back when RPGFan (or LunarNet for that matter) was a small RPG fansite, or even not so small, the idea of nicknames fit the whole 'fan' idea.

Now, however, we've become bigger, better, faster... Well, maybe not faster, but we're not a 'little fansite' anymore, so we decided to move on and do this. It's probably a little weird for some people, but in time you should get used to it. In the meantime, for those wondering 'who is that again?' can check the 'nickname' area on each staffer's staff profile.

We should have the name switch on news pages (such as this one) within the next few days. So for now, I'm Mike, and this has been a public service announcement from RPGFan.
