Fire Emblem Media

Ever heard of Fire Emblem? You might have if you read an article featuring the series in Nintendo Power issue 87 or if you import SFC games. Even though this game got limited U.S. coverage (thanks Nintendo of America for teasing us!) none of the series ever made it to the states.

The story behind the Fire Emblem series gets interesting because the latest game in the series, Fire Emblem: Thracia 776, just came out last August...for Super Famicom! That in itself basically guarantees it'll never come to the U.S., but we have lots of pictures. Here we go!

38 screen shots, 28 area maps, 23 pieces of artwork, 2 soundtracks, 3 player's guides, 161 GIFs, 1 mouse pad, and 1 novel and 1 comic.

We also have a small vocal clip called "Blow'in in the Wind" which you can listen to here.

Along with this new Fire Emblem game, we have screen shots from Fire Emblem III: Mystery of the Emblem Section, which is a remake of the first two Fire Emblem games. We even have screen shots from Fire Emblem IV: Bloodlines of Jihad.

I hope you enjoyed this journey into the SFC strategy RPG series that is Fire Emblem. If any of our readers out there have actually played and passed any of the Fire Emblem games, I bet Sensei Phoenix would love it if you sent reviews his way (hint, hint).
