Thousand Arms: Loaded!

NEW UPDATE: Pictures of the demo and poster have surfaced so feel free to check that out!

Atlus proves that Working Designs isn't the only company that can please U.S. gamers with extras in their popular games. As we previously reported, Thousand Arms would be coming with a few extras.

Now, we have additional details about what will be included and how you can obtain it!

According to Atlus' homepage, they released 10,000 demos to retailers on August 6. This MIGHT refer to in-store demos so it may not be like the Lunar demo, however specific details weren't released.

Another extra that's sure to please is a 36 x 24 inch poster. This is only obtainable with a pre-order or purchase of the game and I'm sure they'll run out fast!

Next, is a 3 x 4 inch lenticular 3D collector's card and a sheet of memory card stickers which will supposedly be packaged with the game.

The final extra is probably the most interesting. It's called the Thousand Arms: Soundtrack & Multimedia CD and it will feature a PC-compatible program full of screen savers, wallpaper, desktop themes, and sound clips from the game. Furthermore, it will hold over 20 redbook audio tracks from the game, meaning that it will play on any music CD player. This won't come with the game, but rather it will be available with a measly $2 shipping fee.

Unfortunately, the game has been delayed until September, but the above should make it worth the wait. If your local store doesn't have the demo and you can't wait for all these goodies, RPGFan still has Thousand Arms wallpaper! I'm not sure if it's the same as what will be packaged in the multimedia CD, but it's very high quality and fit to decorate any desktop!
